Plus/Minus keys

in Reckon Accounts (Desktop)

Hi, can anyone help? I have recently installed my desktop version onto a new laptop but the program now won't let me increase/decrease dates with the plus/minus keys. Where can I find this option to turn it back on?

    Oh my I can’t imagine what it would be like not to be able to use this feature, i have used it forever. I’ve never had to do anything, but I would start looking in the keyboard settings. Hopefully someone else may have better suggestions
