Cannot refresh the Simplified BAS statement

I have noticed in my simplified BAS Statement I am unable to open G3 button under tab 1. The help file suggests a 'refresh', but the button remains 'greyed' out. Would anyone have a solution?

I do have FRE purchases and wonder why it does not let me enter them.

    There is no requirement to enter G3 if you are completing a simplified BAS. You don't report these separately, you just include all GST free sales in G1

    I suspected something like that. Thanks for confirming. Does this mean that the G3 is not available because it is not needed?

    Correct, not needed.
