Our company will cease trading as of 30 Jun 23.

We currently pay a monthly subscription for Accounts Hosted. Once the subscription is cancelled in July, how can we access our company records, should we be audited by the ATO, for example?

    You are entitled to a desktop version of Reckon Enterprise because you are a Hosted customer, organise that and when you have finished using the file, download a backup and restore to the desktop version. Even when the subscription runs out you will still have access to the file for reference, just won’t be able to make changes
