username has new password but only for community hub not hosted ?

HI i followed the instructions to change password to use the username but that seems to only be for the community hub.
to get into reckon hosted i still have to use the numerical user id and old password. is there somewhere else i need to change it.
I would also like to change my username - how do i do that?

Hi Pyasi,
If you want to change your password for logging in to Reckon Accounts Hosted here are the steps to take.
If you do not already have access to your Hosted account you can go to hosted.reckon.com and click on forgot my password to reset your password. If you want to update your username please contact technical support and they will assist you.
