Pay super for employee with no payroll

Assistance please to make an entry for super paid to an employee but not entered into our reckon hosted system.

Unfortunately employee now ceased and Reckon hosted will not allow to enter a super payment without an hourly wage entry in payrun process. Have also tried to journal entry but this there is no allowance to select a specific super fund. Any suggestions.

    Can you clarify further … What are the circumstances whereby you need to pay super for an employee who has left & has no wage payment ?

    Payroll audit found underpayment 2yrs previous, disclosed to ATO, no SG charge as such minor amount. Amount has been paid to superfund for employee but do not know how to record in reckon.

    If you edit the original Paycheque(s) & manually amend the Super to what it should have been, you will be able to pay it as normal by selecting that prior period in the Payroll Liabilities.
