Problems after transfer of 'Home & Business' 2022 update to new computer.

Program and data t'fer to new HP Probook from backups. After setup - problem is register page refreshes every 1 minute exactly. The Result is some/or all data started is lost or half correct. So need to start again. This only happens in the “Reckon” program. Have been with it (& Quicken) for over 25 years. New computer has Windows 10 Vsn. 21H1 set up by computer service. HP Probook 2022. Looking for quick advice.

    As a troubleshooting measure, try the following steps -

    • Close Home & Business
    • Right click the desktop background
    • Select 'Personalize' to open the Preview page
    • In the 'Background' field, select Solid colour;
    • Close the screen.
    • Launch Home & Business

    Use your software as you normally would after that including the activity you'd normally conduct when you encounter the flicker issues. Does the issue persist?

    If it does, can you please provide more specific information on the issue itself.

    Just to confirm, you downloaded the program from your members site and used the backups that came from your previous computer?
