Quicken Cashbook - How to Access information

I am doing some bookwork for a friend who is on quicken cashbook i think version 2011 - how can i now access this information, happy to upgrade the file and purchase a subscription for them as they wont be doing the work moving forward Can i upgrade Cashbook to an online version?
