I would like to ask. Receiving a payment and not reflect the invoice already entered. What you going to do next

Can you please confirm which Reckon software you are using. This conversation has been created under the Point of Sale (desktop) product category, is that the Reckon software you are using?
Also, can you please provide more information on the specific issue you are contending with at the moment ie. what is the process you're going through and where specifically is it running into trouble?
