Something Went Wrong Message


Hi,
I have recently upgraded to the premium payroll app from the basic and have been attempting to Prepare for STP Phase 2. But receive Something went wrong message. I have attempted to do this on both the desktop and laptop on different browsers, as I read this worked for another user.
This hasn't helped. I am still receiving the same message. Any suggestions?

I think I might be able to assist you with this but I'll need to take a look first.
Can you let me know the ABN that you've registered to your Payroll App account.
