Typing into a sales receipt not responding.

Cannot type into the memo at the bottom right hand corner. Also having difficulty closing the sales receipt using the bottom right save and close or save and new. Have logged off and also shut down and re logged back in with no change to the above. Can any one help with a solution to this problem?

Are you getting any error messages or when you type in the Memo, the text just doesn’t display ?
What browser are you using ? Try accessing via a different browser & see if that’s the same.
Do you Verify your company file regularly ? Run Verify Data (under File dropdown menu > Utilities) If prompted (due to any issues detected), Rebuild your file THREE times. Does it still occur after that?
