Launch 2022, opens 2023 version

Opening either version is not playing nicely - I click on launch 2022 and it opens 2023 and tells me to update the file, then go back and click on 2023, and up the top it says 2022.

this happened more than once

    Hi @Kris_Williams

    This tends to occur for some every year - Log Off Remote Sessions first, before attempting to access the new version as I think it sometimes gets 'stuck' on the server side 😬

    Yes I knew it had happened before but just wanted to put it out there - I logged in with two other usernames without any issues
