When I click launch Accounts Hosted the incorrect version opens, what do I do? ℹ

During the upgrade process, the launch button is opening the wrong version of Reckon Accounts Hosted. What do I do?


If you've noticed that the launch button is opening the incorrect version of Hosted, for example launching Hosted 2024 is instead opening 2025 etc, check out the guide below for info on the cause and how to solve it
