Reckon Hosted question - Looking for assistance with monthly PAYG tax withheld lodgment please

I have been asked to lodge our company (monthly) PAYG tax withheld form. This has been done manually previously (posting to ATO with a cheque), however I see that on the form it states it can also be lodged via SBR enabled software. Does this mean that I can do this from Reckon Hosted? If so, how is this done please? (I don't usually have a lot to do with accounts!).

Hi @PJKennedy

You can generate the relevant reports (best one is a Modified Payroll Summary) & PAYGW form from within the software but the lodgement itself isn’t automatic.

Have you done a BAS from Hosted before ? It’s a similar process. If you have ATO Online Services for Business access, you can log into there to enter the figures & submit electronically. You can then pay from your online banking via EFT or BPAY.
