Error Installing Enterprise on my local PC

Hi

When trying to install Enterprise I am getting the following error message.

The web address shown is incomplete. Typing what I can see just leads me to a home page so is no use.

Can somebody please tell me what do from here?

This is usually related to the .NET framework functionality. The info in the guide below should help sort it for you -

Also, out of curiousity, is that message from your screenshot appearing on an install of the 2023 version of Enterprise or the current 2022 version?
