How to update event on STP for Super discrepancy

Hi everyone, looking for advice on how to update event on STP for an employee we've overpaid on their super. Do I need to download the entire STP file (for 40+ employees) and zero out that one employee's super amount, then lodge? I'm not really sure what the steps are. Thank you in advance.

Once you've corrected the employee's Paycheque, you just submit that one employee pay as an Update Event:
