Reportable Fringe Benefits RFBT through STP Phase 1

Question

I have completed my last pay event for 2023 and uploaded to STP but have now entered FBT as at 31.03.23.  Do I do a pay event for 31.03.23 or should I update the last event or do a full file replacement which will obviously show YTD inclusive of FBT 31.03.23?

Any help would be most appreciated.

Hi Michelle

FBT gets added manually to a Paycheque in the relevant FBT year (usually the last one paid on or before 31/03)  Unlock the last Paycheque for this & add it there instead.

Note: You don't need to resubmit anything for this change as STP updates YTD-totals only each submission, so this will not have changed this 😊
