Why when I click on Launch Accounts 2023 R1 does it always open 2022 and then tell me I can't access the file because it has been upgraded ie won't open 2023 - always reverts to opening 2022 even though I click on the 2023 launch button

This has been a bit of a problem, I would log off and shut down the browser and start again

Did that, restarted computer twice, deleted browsing history, still nothing - I need a holiday!

There is a section under employees info tab that has the weekly hours but I don’t know if that would cause this problem

    Hi @SHELLEYJOHNSTON

Although you as the user have closed out of your file in your browser window, you need to make sure it is fully disconnected at Reckon's end also.

After make sure you "Exit" out of the 2022 version (via the File dropdown menu)

Then go to the Control Panel:

& Log Off Remote Sessions from the LHS list, click on the Log Off Session link then Refresh:

Lastly, then close out of your browser before opening it again to access the Hosted platform again & log back in fresh via the new Launch Accounts 2023 R1 button ☺️
