Updated Termination Payment is not pulling through to payment summaries

Hi,

I am just doing the STP finalisation for a client and I had to do an updated termination payment for one employee. I did an original termination for this person but then had to update it to include a lieu of notice payment. The pay slip for that updated pay is correct and the payroll summary report is also correct however the payment summary for this individual does not have the lieu of notice included in it and neither does the STP finalisation report that gets sent to the ATO.

Same issue here - My year-to-date is out by terminated employee's Lieu of Notice Payment.

Pay-run includes it; payslip is correct.

Payroll Summary for year includes it.

STP Finalisation report does not include it.

Please advise urgently as I don't want to be trying to sort it with numerous correction pay runs.

(Step-by-step guidelines would be appreciated, so that it is available for future use if required).

Assistance is appreciated.

This was all I got back from them.

To me doesn't make sense.

 Please can you go to the Employee set up and then go to Tax tab. Check weather the option of Payment summary and STP not required under EXCUSIONS is ticked. 

However, subsequent to that I have from another source been sent this:
