Unable to Print or Save An Invoice in PDF format

We have just installed Reckon Accounts 2023 R1 (Enterprise version). Prior to this installation we can print an invoice in pdf format from the File Menu.

With the current installation we encounter a message as shown in the attachment. Has anyone experienced this problem or can anyone provide a solution to the problem.
