New download will not instal, microsoft says not verified app any ideas to get it installed?

New download will not instal because microsoft message comes up cannot instal app not verified by microsoft with 2 options

Go to app store or

go to My app recommendation settings

The latter just goes list of apps

Any one know how to get it installed?

This is a new computer with windows 11

Thanks a lot found new computer was in S mode. Once turned off instal could be completed.
