License Renewal

I have paid my Personal Plus 2022 renewal but it is asking me to renew. I called the help line which provided me with a license key which I entered manually but I was greeted with a "license renewal failed". Any suggestions.

    Gerry contacted Quicken and it was a glitch in their system easily and quickly corrected. Many thanks to Gerry.
