Not directly from RAH, only reports/lists. However, there may be a 3rd party solution that can.

    Hi Jo-Anne

Thanks for reaching out for your query about the customer Invoices.

While there is no direct way to export the invoices into Excel. But there is way where you can create a report and export that report to an excel file by following the mentioned steps -

    • Go to Reports - Customers & Receivables - Open Invoices

Refer to screenshot below to be bit more clear -

    * Once you create a report, it will look like the attached screenshot -

    * Clicking on export give you to option to export to an excel file as below -

    * Once you export, the excel file looks like -

Then download the excel file from your hosted software to your Local Machine which can be done as below -

I hope this is something that you were looking for. Please feel free to reach out for any concerns/issues. Thank you :)

Tanvi exactly not what was asked.

You CAN export invoices in a iif format but you need the API.

Its ridiculously messy and time consuming.

    Talk to Chandra

He might be able to build you something. It will cost you
