Unable to sign in to the Reckon Portal

I am using Reckon Accounts Enterprise. Yesterday, I processed the fortnightly pay schedule and tried to lodge via the Gov Connect portal in the usual manner.

I was unable to gain access with the attached message displayed which is New to me. Can someone provide a solution?

    Hi @Martin Teh

    From the background behind the error message, it looks as though you're on the registration page to create a new Reckon Portal account. You already have an existing account though correct?

    Does that error message appear consistently? ie. if you close it then try the 'Sign in with Google' option again, does it continually load up that error?

    Which browser are you using? Does the same thing occur if you attempt to sign in to the Reckon Portal on a different browser?

    Hi Rav,

    After exporting the payroll data to JSON file, it leads to the registration page. I then log in using Google via my Gmail account. It then requests a code to be sent to my mobile phone and after verification, it then enables me to click on GovConnect tab and I continue as per normal to submit the JSON file.

    The error message repeats and I have tried more than 3 times.

    I am using Google Chrome and had no problems for the past few years.

    I've just been having a word with our dev team about this and if you give it about 15 minutes it should be back to normal after that.

    Alternatively, if you open a separate tab on your browser and go to https://portal.reckon.com/ directly and sign in with the Google option it'll work immediately.
