Overtime is not show up on Create pay item

Hi,

I have attempted to create a new overtime payment item on all my books, but there is no options on there. It used to be there but suddenly disappeared. Please assist or suggest what to do.

Reckon Payroll has an overtime item and can be created under Create Pay Item>Earnings>Overtime.

Found it, it's under Earnings.
