Leave calculations

I am trying to reconcile an employees accumulated leave - annual, personal, conference and Long service leave, but when I run the calculations on an Excel sheet - I dont get the same balances as what is indicated on the Reckon balance for the employee.

I have cross checked multiple times but cannot work out why there is such a discrepancy in the balances - the reckon balances are all lower than the calculated balances

Please help as I am at my wits end trying to get the calculations to reconcile

    I would start with by checking your pay-runs to ensure the leave taken has been entered correctly and the leave item is setup with your preferences.
