Thanks

Hi @lesley_9730541,
Please navigate to settings in your Reckon Payroll and select Single Touch Payroll to confirm whether you are on STP Phase 1 or 2.
Please let me know if you require further assistance.
Kind regards,
Lucas

Hi Lucas
This is what is says when I go to Single Touch Payroll
About your STP
Here is some useful information to know regarding your Single Touch Payroll reporting.
STP version
STP Phase 2
I can't click on either to see what we have.
I updated 3 of our 4 companies without any problems - they came up with the STP2 checklist and once completed we clicked on to move to STP2 but for some reason this company doesn't have the check list come up .

I have just checked the other 3 companies and the STP reporting says the same as above although when I completed the STP2 check list it advised that we are now STP2 compliant
Thoughts??
Thanks

Hi @lesley_9730541,
Apologies for the delay, but that company should already be complaint for STP Phase 2 as the following confirms this:

STP Phase 2
Someone may have already completed the checklist previously. If you would like me to doublecheck by privately messaging me your associated email account and allow me to request access.
Kind regards,
Lucas

Lucas, wondering if you can help with the below - I emailed Chris Azzara a couple of days ago but have had no reply regarding the below -
We have completed the transfer from payroll premier to reckon one payroll but I have noticed it says that our subscription expires in 9 days.
I have not been informed about any subscription costs.
I paid the yearly support fee for 2023 - 2024 of $710.00 in June 2023
Would you please clarify our situation please and I do not want to be locked out of our program.
Thoughts??
Many thanks
