Terminate Employee

We are migrate from Payroll Premier (Desktop) to Reckon Payroll recently. I try to terminate an employee due to resignation. However, I can't find "Resignation" in Reason for termination. Is there any way I can add "Resignation" in the reason for termination?

    I would use the reason "voluntary cessation."

    I think we can edit the list of "Reason for Termination" because I check to the other company in our group (both of them are recently migrated from Payroll Premier to Reckon Payroll), the list of "Reason for Termination" is totally difference. Does anyone know how to edit the list of "Reason for Termination"?

    I would suggest 'voluntary cessation' means the same thing as resigning.
