Reckon Payroll App Supposed to be $4.99/month for 12 months

Hi Rav or Duty Officer,

I have upgraded Reckon Payroll App STP2 and took the early bird offer of $4.99/month for 12months. However, it is not yet 12months (used it for approx 3-4 months) and Apple invoice emailed effective 27Sept they will now charge $9.99/month ?

It even says in your Apple description that starting 27Aug it will be $4.99 for 12 months.

Please clarify or what should I do. Thanks.

Not too sure what's happened there but can you give me a bit more info on this. Have there been any recent changes to your Payroll App subscription, payment method or anything of that nature of late? ie. did you cancel your subscription and then resubscribe or change your payment method etc?

Is there any additional detail on the invoice you received from Apple that outlines why your pricing has changed from the promo pricing to the regular price?

Did not make any change on my subscription. Did not cancel or resubscribe. Everything was ok and then this email re: higher charge. Sending you a screen shot.

Thanks for this Trinity. I've asked our team about this to get a bit more info as its pretty odd and as you've mentioned, also has contradictory info in the email itself as well.

Our recommendation at this stage is to disregard the email as you should continue to remain on the promotional pricing of $4.99 per month. At the same time however, we are following up with Apple on our end to determine why these emails being sent out to users who have a valid promotional subscription.

I don't have much more info on it right now but if you're charged more than the promo price at the rollover of your next month, please let me know.

HI Rav...as you've advised, disregarded the email. I have been deducted $10.00 instead of $4.99 . What do I do next ? Should I stop subscription and re-subscribe to get orig 12months rate of $4.99/mont

Can you do me a favour and shoot me a private message with the email address of your Reckon Payroll App account and if you can also just include a screenshot of the charge that you've just been billed. I want to get this over to the team who are investigating with Apple on this and also to see how we can get this straightened out for you.
