Invoice Paid but not updates into Personal plus
I called the Help Desk to find out why i could not access Personal Plus when i have paid my invoice. They advised me to uninstall and then reinstall but could not give me the software so that I could reinstall the program. They said someone here could help.

You can download your software from the Reckon Members Area here - https://members.reckon.com/ using your Customer ID & PIN.
Click the Download Software option when you're logged in and you'll have access to the software download along with the installation key details you'll need to activate the software.

I have downloaded the software and it still tells me my licence has expired. ?

I spoke to Reckon and they have sorted it so you should be all good to go.
