Hoping for suggestions. We have a couple of issues with barcodes. When using Reckon Enterprise (desktop) barcodes were not an issue but since moving to hosted they just Do Not Work. I can scan a barcode into a field .. sometimes the program jumps you to another tab. Kinda weird, even though the barcode has landed ..

Two barcode fields: Barcode and "Product Barcode". Huh? Why would you have two and neither seem to work.

We are not able use barcode scanning. It just does nothing ("Item not found" messages). This is in both RAH and in POS (we are using BetterClinics POS).

Would love a fix for this..

    Bumping this back up the list. Why does the BARCODE field in RAH not work?
