Why am i being told my subscription is expiring in 5 days for each book?

I always paid an annual fee for Reckon. Is this going to be a new billing method?

    Hi @Angela_10863853

Reckon Payroll operates on a monthly billing cycle so the message you're seeing on-screen is just an indicator on when the month is rolling over to the next new billing month.

I dont have my credit card info for this subscription. We have been paying annually on invoice. Will i still have access after the 4 days expiration?

Yes you will still have access to Reckon Payroll. Your remaining subscription from your Payroll Premier desktop has been converted to credit for Reckon Payroll and will be progressively used to 'pay' so to speak for the Reckon Payroll subscription.

Once the credit has been exhausted then you will need to ensure you have a valid payment method applied to pay for the subscription.

At this stage you'll need to ensure you have a payment method such as a credit card/debit card/prepaid-type card added to your account for the subscription to be billed from after your existing credit is exhausted.

I believe the option to pay annually for Reckon Payroll is coming early next year but I don't have any details around this just yet.
