The message.. The server is remporarily unavailable. Please try again later....

Migrated from STP1 to STP2, managed to submit to ATO 3 pay periods, however now keeps coming up with this message?

Please advise

    Hi @nealh

    Are there any new employees included in this particular payrun that weren't in the previous successful submissions?

    Also, this post has been created in the Reckon Payroll App category, can I just confirm that is what you're using? Or are you using some other Reckon software?

    Im using the payroll Reckon app, I only have one employee, so no one added. I do have Reckon Hosted however having been using the payroll app. I keyed all the weekly pays from the 1st July to the end of Sept for the one employee. I was able to submit the first 3 weeks but after that this message started appearing.

    Can you head into Settings ➡️ Company Details and just confirm that all contact details listed are complete and valid. Screenshot example below.

    If there is anything missing, please add it in by using the Edit option and once done, delete that existing pay run and recreate it from scratch.

    Hmmm ok, very odd.

    If you delete that particular pay run outright and recreate it from scratch does it result in the same error appearing consistently when you try to send the submission?

    I have 10 pay runs ready to submit but message keeps appearing. I submited 3 payruns in a row no issues then the next 10 would not go thru. I have been using this App for past 2 years with same employee with no previous issues. Only change was from STP1 to STP2.. of which 3 payruns in STP were successful.
