Hi
I deleted a sales receipt in error and the only details I have are the person and the receipt number - no date or amount. Do you know how I can retrieve the old receipt?

If you've deleted it, you should be able to see the detail via the Voided/Deleted Transactions Detail report. This is under the Reports dropdown menu > Accountant
You can limit this down further by just filtering for Sales Receipts:
