Start date for AL and PL not showing correctly - unable to correct

Hi All
I am having issues with an employee that had start date in 1994. Recently upgraded to STP2 (Reckon One).
Employee received pay increase - not allowing me to update pay template as it is saying that the Leave start date is prior to employees start date (Leave date is showing 1967(?))
I have gone through and edited the start date on Leave Items BUT it doesn't save. (LSL Is showing correct date). I have also Tabbed through employee file incase something else was missing, but that is all good.
Note: other employees that commenced from 2000 onwards have been okay and I have been able to apply their increases successfully.
Has anyone else had this - or any suggestions as to how I can get this sorted.

Have you been able to add and use this particular employee to your payruns since upgrading to Reckon Payroll successfully?

Can I just clarify, were you attempting to edit the employee's base rate in their Pay Setup such as my example screenshot below?

Thanks for getting back to me.
Yes, I have already had them on payruns since upgrade, without issues.
The problem came in when I went to change their salary rate - wouldn't allow me to save it was getting the "Leave start date prior to employment date"
then under employee details it is showing that Contact and Employment need to be updated (Nothing there has changed) even if I go into that and try update it - It doesn't SAVE the information.
(Employee number has always been T001 - even on previous system) - Start date here is correct 01/09/1994
then on LEAVE Entitlements and Personal Leave the same date. However Long Service Leave is showing the correct start date.
It seems to only affect this employee as all the others I have been able to change successfully, with their salary increases.
(I tried tabbing through each section to see if that would clear problem but didn't help.

Are you the owner of this book? Or has it been shared with you? The reason I ask is, I'd like you to send me the email address to your account and the name of the book in a private message so I can then shoot through an access request so we can take a closer look at this. I might need to get this over to my dev team for a bit of an investigation.
If you're not the owner, the access request will go through to the owner of the book so they'll need to grant access.
