I need to create a back dated Long service leave report???

Hi

I'm selling my business and need to generate a report of the accrued Long service leave up to 30/6/2019... (as after that time Long service leave in Victoria was captured by the State Portable Long Service Leave program).

I need this report to work out an adjustment in price for the purchaser of the business

Have you entered LSL into the employee’s details, is it all correct? There is a Leave Liability report in reports - Employees

Actually you may have to do this on a spreadsheet, I’m not sure if you can get that report as at a previous date, have a look and see if it gives you a different figure as at a different date.

Thanks for trying Kris... But that report doesn't give the options for a date change and will only generate at todays accruels

    Hi @Michael O'Connor_7053891

Provided you've had it set up & been accruing it in your file, the Leave Accrual Summary is the one you need - This one has selectable dates. Drill down on the employee's LSL total & it will display the accrual each pay:

You can Modify ... the detail report to re-order & remove the columns you don't need 😊
