can someone tell me how to get a sick leave taken report for an individual employee please

Hi Sharon
There are several ways to get this info:
- Drill down on the Leave Accrual Summary (under the Reports dropdown menu > Employees & Payroll)
- Modify the Payroll Summary report to all dates for specific employee with Hours checkbox ticked
- Right-click on your Sick Leave Payroll Item, add in the Qty column & filter for the specific employee
