I am trying to process a pay and the long service isn't showing up in the payrun to allocate to employee
i have it set up in my pay items under leave in the same screen as my annual leave.

You just need to assign that leave item to the relevant employee(s) and it'll then appear as an option to select when you create a pay run.
Head into their profile and select the option to Add Leave Entitlement to the employee.
