    Still can't create a new employee because I can't leave the Entitlements tab. The error message is

    "Super Funds need to be linked a super contact (sic)"

    Hi @Graeme_10814148

    The Super fund needs to be linked a super contact error message usually appears when the default system super fund has been modified. We've recently updated this so that the default super fund can no longer be modified however if you've already done so, then I'd recommend following the steps outlined in this help guide below -

    Hi @Graeme_10814148,

    Could you please confirm that you have this default superfund active in your Payroll?

    If you do not appear to have the software Default Super Fund with the ABN of 00000000000, please create one and search for it.

    Once you have completed these steps, attempt to create a new employee and that will rectify the issue.

    Thank you, but although I change the name of the most populous super fund it seems to make no difference. Have done the same to all of the relevant super funds, but nowhere can I find the term Default Fund and obtain a screen like yours shown above.

    Hi Graeme did you try creating a new super fund? I had similar experience and it took a while to fix mine too. You need a new super fund and type default super in the display name and wait 20 seconds for the actual name to pop up and then select as per below.

    Thank you so much Robyn. That actually worked. I'm always at a loss though to think why programs such as this have so many idiosyncrasies. It is very frustrating/.
