entry journal transaction issue

Dear Rav,

When 2 users in multi user mode on same time to entry the General Journal transactions that's show the following message.

Could you please to advise why to appear this situation? Reckon Accounts approve multi user mode to do this tasks function that's normal and simple function.

One more error code always to appear please advise the fix solution for us.

You must wait until you can get into single user mode. Also your file is corrupt. Ring me

There are some parts of Reckon that can’t be accessed by 2 people at the same time. That is what used to be the case at least
