Why can't I log in?

in Accounts Hosted

I am having trouble logging into Reckon Accounts Hosted. When I hover my mouse over the login button or click on it, no drop down list appears. So I cannot select Reckon Accounts Hosted.

    You should be able to directly sign-in to https://hosted.reckon.com/RAHV2/ReckonAccountsLogon.aspx without any major issues - where are you seeing this drop-down list?

    When I go to Reckon.com.au - it's on the right hand side. That's OK- going to hosted.reckon.com is working instead.

    We'll investigate why the login button for the front page of https://www.reckon.com/au/ isn't working.
