Focus or sort on the "Clr" field.

I cannot focus on the "Clr" field. The cursor jumps to the next field "Payment". I am able to sort by Date, Charge, Payment, etc., but not by "Clr."

    Hi @497032

When did this first start occurring for you and prior to that point, was it working successfully in the same manner as what you're attempting now?

Just as a test for troubleshooting purposes, if you change the system date of your PC to a date prior to when you noticed this first occurring, does it work?

Have you performed a validate and super validate of your file?

It first started about 2-3 weeks ago.

    It worked fine before then.

I've validated and super validated - not helped

I'm too nervous to muck around with the system date

I'm clearing by right-clicking on transaction and choosing reconcile. It works, just can't sort.

I'll live with that until Reckon fixes the problem - lots of other users seem to have it.

We have worked out that it is definitely not your data file or the programme. It is something in your computer and my suggestion is create yourself a new user account and please test that in the new user account. It is something that the person with the problem is the only one who can test it.

As there has been no attempt to study the effects of Microsoft's upgrades and updates we are led to believe it's something on the computer. Yeah, they are called updates and upgrades. I don't comprehend how we a continually being fobbed off by Reckon. If the product has reached its end of life, tell us so we can start looking for other solutions before the axe falls.
