Hi everyone,

With the recent system upgrade for Reckon Accounts Hosted, you may have noticed a change to the internal browser that opens within Hosted when you're performing certain tasks such as exporting your STP file, accessing the Ideas Portal etc.

Reckon Accounts Hosted's internal browser has been upgraded to Microsoft Edge which, being a modern browser, will provide a much better and more stable experience.


ℹ️ Please note; this is only relates to the internal browser within Reckon Accounts Hosted only. You can still access and use the Reckon Accounts Hosted service from any browser of your choosing.


There have also been some changes to which sites can be accessed from the internal browser and we've detailed this in our new help article here πŸ‘‡
