Re: Form Font change / security update 2023


Given that the font I was using for purchase orders/invoices/statements was no longer supported due to the security update in 2023 , I painstakingly changed all forms in Reckon hosted to a supported font. However, I am still getting the 'font' error message when I print. Will this ever disappear?

We apologize if the problems persist. Could you please ensure that the fonts in these template sections have been changed to supported fonts? It's crucial to click on every section to confirm that all of the fonts are supported.

Can you please share a screenshot for the error message, you encountered when printing?

Thank you KLaura - problem solved. I wrongly assumed that because I had gone into the layout designer to change the fonts in each section that I had covered all bases. Apparently not!
