Reinstallationof reckon not opening properly nor backing up data.
My laptop has new hard drive. Personal plus 2022 reinstalled via internet. Difficulty finding the back up files and eventually found some that I then added missing data. Whenever I close it and reopen it starts the Welcome page a s if I am a new user. I have difficulty finding the lastest file. It seems to keep missing the latest data added. I was originally saving to a USB stick and when I reinstalled it would not recognise these files. I am now hesitant to close my laptop as I am unsure what will be retained.
