Product is Reckon Accounts Personal 2022 (Annual License)
After opening program it lapses and informs me that the program is not responding. When I attempt to close I get the message that Reckon Accounts Launcher is not responding and I am invited with two choices (1) Close and (2) Wait till program restarts. Chose Suggestion 2 and cursor changed to spinning wheel. After forty minutes I closed the program. My problem has repeated each time I try to us the program. Ho do I recover program ?

In particular, take a look at the point regarding the length of file names. Specifically, ensure that your file name is less than 8 characters in length.
