When emailing payslips to employees, it has randomly picked up an old payslip


I've just completed the fortnightly payroll and found that when emailing payslips to employees, it has randomly picked up one employees payslip from February 2024.
Don't know how this has happened as the dates are set for this current payrun.

Please ensure that the pay dates are accurate.
Could you please complete the process of verify, rebuild, verify and let me know whether that corrects the issue ? I have also attached the article below on how to perform Verify, Rebuild, Verify in Reckon Accounts.

If something is ticked “To be emailed” & doesn’t actually get sent, it will still display in the list. (Maybe that one got printed instead ?)
I always check the quantity it states to send, so you can just untick any unnecessary ones. You can also choose to “Remove” old ones from the “To send” email list that are still sitting thereShaz Hughes Dip(Fin) ACQ NSW, MICB
