Charged for Reckon Insights when it is not active

Hello, We have been charged $49 for Reckon Insights again on 7th April 2024 , however the Insights account is not able to be used as the developers have been working to get our file to sync. Please refer to Waleed Sulaman. Please refund to the AMEX card linked to our Reckon profile, # 332549. Please also stop any future payments being charged, until the Insights is working for us. Thanks!
