MFA enabled in Portal but cannot sign into Hosted?

I have been going around in circles trying to get help with support to sign in to Reckon Hosted.

MFA is enabled in Reckon portal but I cannot sign into Reckon Hosted on microsoft edge.

I have revoked the MFA in the portal and signed in again but with the same result.

I have also signed into google chrome to see if that works but no luck.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hello Rev,

    Thanks for the reply.

    I have not signed into hosted yet since MFA took effect (I thought I was all set up with MFA by my bookkeeper)

    the reply I get is:

    An error occurred migrating the account to Portal. Error details: There was an error migrating the user to Portal.

    when I click next on the box with the error it takes me back to the sign in page with no option to enable MFA.

    I have also signed into Google Chrome to try if that works revoking and then enabling with no success.

    I think I can see what the issue is, and I've made a quick correction on our end.

    Hi Julie

    Where are things going wrong specifically when you're trying to login? Are you encountering a particular error message? If so, what is it?

    Have you been able to login to Hosted successfully since mandatory MFA took effect or is this your first attempting at trying to do so?
