I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a secondary method for MFA for Reckon Hosted? Reason I ask is that if the authenticator app goes down then a second method is needed to generate a MFA code. For example, Microsoft allow the user to enter a landline for example as the second "back up" method. A phone call will come through on the nominated landline speaking the code. My worry is that without this secondary option we could be unable to access Reckon which is not a show stopper for our business.
