Print not working - frozen


I am having issues with Print not working. It is freezing and I can't get access to anything else while it is frozen. Please advise a fix as this is frustrating and holding up me completing my work.

Yes I sure have, still didnt work.

sorry to hear that - I used it this morning on Firefox for about 40 minutes, and I printed. Fortunately I didn’t have any problems

To enable you to close out, go the other tab in your browser (where you initially logged in to the platform) & click on the Control Panel.
In the left-hand side list, click on Log Off Remote Sessions to force disconnection from the server.

Regarding the freezing, it may be related to the font change issue from several months ago:

In addition to the above, my first suggestion would be to check if there is a prompt/window open in the background that is awaiting action. Try pressing Alt and Page Down or Alt and Page Up buttons to bring any windows in the background to the foreground.

Some additional information regarding the printing issue. Please check out this as well -
There could be a possibility that Pop-up blockers are enabled which could be an issue. Once the blockers are disabled, Go to Control Panel and log off remote session and start printing if that works. Thank you!
